Government wants to raise productivity

MIRI: The Government wants to cut down on the number of “extra” public holidays at national and state level to improve the nation’s productivity and enhance the delivery system.
This came as a very bad news to me. In the context, the minister said there are already 16 public holidays at national level every year, and there are some extra holidays at state level for state government event such as birthday of their heads of state and sultan. So they are bising-bising there want to reduce the number of holiday in our country.
Perhaps this came as a good news to the employers, but surely not for the employees. But a lot of people, especially the management don’t see something important in working life. They just don’t understand how important one’s job satisfaction is to his or her job in the company. Most companies, especially the Singaporean and Taiwanese are damn fucking demanding. They pay you RM3K, and they expect you to produce RM6K work for them. They will fully utilize you, and most probably overly utilize until you hate your job to dead.
I have some friends working for these companies. The salary isn’t high, but the demand is damn fucking high. So after working for a few weeks or a few months there, they will leave the company for a better offer. According to them, their company has a fast turnover because no one happy with their working condition. I think this is not something good to the company reputation. If I list out the company names, you will never want to go for interview there.
Now, the government want us to work more, want us to go back to our working place more and stay home lesser. Our Malaysian style is totally different from the developed countries. We are born to become a buffolo, we are born to work longer days. We work on Saturday, we will have to work on Sultan’s birthday, we might not get to accompany our family that much in the future because less holidays we will have, we have to face our ugly face boss more than ever and many many other reasons.
I think I am the most unlucky person in the world now. Since the government has plan to reduce holidays, I have to follow and there’s no way to escape from it. But the worst thing is that the ONLY one hot chick colleague has just left the company last week. I have been working here for 6 years plus. Frankily, my job isn’t any easy as you think of though the pay is acceptable. I would have left this company 4 years ago. But because of this hot chick, I chose to stay here. I wanted to see her everyday. Every morning I woke up for work, I had a good feeling and I felt like it was another good day for me because I got to see this hot chick on that day.
She’s just one of my company’s clerk. She sat at the front desk near the entrance. Every morning I step in, she would smile to me. It was so sweet. She’s tall and slim though her boobs aren’t big. But she is like a sex toy for me, fucking seductive and damn 9 adorable. She likes to wear less, cover less, show more and expose many more again. My boss and the managers had warned her many times not to wear so sexy, but she never followed. I think she wears like that just to attract my attention.
She once said this to me,”Tiu, you’re so tall and good looking lah. How I wish I have a boyfriend as tall as you and dai jek!! Your girlfriend must be damn happy with you. Go out with you really got face lah.”
I once thought of getting her as my girlfriend but I didn’t do it in the end, because I do not want to date anyone in the same company. I am afraid of the relationship will affect my performance at work. Also, if I were to date her, I would have to see her days and nights. This is the most unacceptable for me. You see, my job has to meet clients and suppliers. Sometimes, I have to be good to the clients in order to close deal. If the clients demand me to sleep with them, I can’t say ‘no’, right?? Also, the suppliers are willing to sacrify their body just to get the deal. Usually the chances are higher to close the deal if the supplier is a hot chick and involve of sex. I always say ‘yes’ on the bed!! So you tell me, can I get a girlfriend or wife working in the same company or not??
Now, the government wants to reduce holidays to raise productivity. Stuuupiddd idea. Work more means low job satisfaction. Low job satisfaction means low productivity. When we have to work more, that means we spend lesser time with our family. Then the family will make noise because of that. This will heavily affect our performance at work. So you tell me, how can we increase productivity with so many family problems?? Also, the hot chick isn’t working here anymore. What’s the point for me to work more days now?? Every morning I wake up now, I feel like dying only. Damn it…
