Pemandu cacat

I was stuck in the traffic this morning, in front of a four wheels scooter with a signboard “Pamandu cacat“. I found it cacat with the word “cacat” on it.
Ever since I know the word “cacat”, I usually read it as “poor” or “lousy“. Let me give you a few examples here:-
1. Tulisan kau cacat = Your poor writing;
2. Muka awekkau cacat lah = Your girlfriend is ugly;
3. Design ni cacat = A poor design;
4. Pasukan bola sepak negara kita cacatlah = Our national football team is very poor;
5. MRR2 cacatlah, kena ditutup dan dibaik-pulih!! = Lousy MRR2, had to be closed for repairs;
6. Kompleks Makhamah Baru Kuala Lumpur yang baru tu cacatlah, bumbung runtuh pulak = The new Kompleks Makhamah Baru Kuala Lumpur is so fucking lousy, the ceiling fallen;
7. Bangunan baru di Putrajaya cacat betul, banjir di dalam bangunan = The new buildings in Putrajaya are so fucking lousy, flood occurs in the buildings;
8. Bangunan Parlimen cacat betul, tiap-tiap kali hujan masuk air = The Parliament is so fucking lousy that water goes in when there is raining;
9. Tandas perempuan Bangunan Parlimen banjir selalu, memang cacat betul = The ladies in the Parliament Building flood very oftenly, damn fucking lousy.
So when I read “Pemandu cacat”, I thought the driver is so fucking lousy that they can’t drive properly, and we must give way to them. Anyway, I gave way to the scooter because I saw a walking stick on its scooter. The “cacat” here means handicap or “kurang upaya” in Malay, but not the lousy or poor which we can use to refer to the public constructions work in our country which is administrated by… You name it.

I think the most simple thing is to download your desired theme and post it up, end of story. This is how I do to mine too…

yeah, I know my bahasa is cacat. You know why?? Because I live is a country full of cacat cases!!
tiu, got leh, i got click, many times too, does it recognize multiple clicks from same IP? or just 1?

I think if there are multiple clicks from the same IP in a very short period of time, it is counted as one click only.
