Papaya farm - 13
By Tiuniasing | August 23, 2007
Annie told the 81 that I was not feeling well and I wanted to leave but got no car, and she left. The 81 offered to send me home but not so soon as she hadn’t off from duty. She asked if I could wait until 2:30am then only she sent me back. I said I can follow my buddy’s car home. Then she asked me if I am interested to stay at her place for a night, and she would send me home the next morning.
Again, I rejected the offer. In my mind, I only thought about my own safety. I found it kind of risky to follow a stranger home. I didn’t really know her, and I didn’t know what her intention is for offering me a stay at her place. Then we just sat at the lobby and she told me more about her past, kinda bitter one.
She was raised in a single parent family, with her mum, but she had never doubt about love. She was once a love believer, or love chaser I would call, but not until she met her ex-husband. She spent most of her childhood with her grandparents as her mum had to work. According to her, the relationship with her mother wasn’t good. She was closer to the grandparents, the one who looked after her when she were young. She didn’t mention about her father at all.
She said she isn’t happy in the family since she was young, but I don’t know why. That’s the reason why she wanted to find a man and marry to him, and leave for a better life, something like that. She met her ex-husband before they finished their secondary stage of education. She couldn’t sit for SPM because she had got pregnant already. She quitted the school and got married to her ex-husband. They had had problem right after they got married. He was young and immature, and had to depend on his family in terms of finance. She was young too and immature too, and didn’t know the correct way to be someone’s wife and daughter-in-law. So many reasons have caused the breakdown of their marriage, and I think this is normal to young couples who get married too early.
She had been a factory worker in Singapore, she had been a cashier, a promoter but the income was too little that she couldn’t even buy milk powder for her daughter. She didn’t have a qualification at all, it’s impossible to find a job with good pay. She said she regrets with everything but there is no other way to go back to the past. She seeked for help from her friends, but they couldn’t help for a long time too because they were not easy. Because of that, she had commited suicide before but not successful. She was so lost and did not know how to continue to live in her life.
By a chance, she met an old friend of her, who worked very well in Kuala Lumpur. She told her friend about her past, and her difficulty in living. She said she want to find for more money, to give her daughter a better life tomorrow. Then she was introduced to become a PR in papaya farm by this friend of her. She said she was reluctant to follow her friend’s footstep, but she had no other way to find for enough money to give her daughter a better future.

very sad story…but she made a mistake in her life so she has to suffer. she shouldn’t have left school as education is the answer to all.
Yup, she did whatever she had to, to survive. We can’t undermine that.
i feel like kicking someones ass for talking like a retard.
oi, next time if u want more clicks u put this under ur post “please sponsor my ads! 90% of the gain will be sent to the girl =D “
Cerita yg sedih…ah tiu kor!!!how to make my ads back to CPC?knn now all CPM and i’m earning nothing from CPM!
zexynova,
don’t say like that. Everybody makes mistakes. She wasn’t blaming anyone. Maybe you can say she asked for it, that’s why she’s paying for the price now. But we do not need to pour salt on her wounds. Just accept her as a normal person will do.
Jonny,
yes, you’re right!!
Ting Tit Lei,
I’d suggest her to sign up as an advertiser in Advertlets.
pookyma,
ehh… I really have no idea. Maybe you have to consult the Advertlets support.
hmmm..she is pitiful..
however, though is a sad case..but it is caused by human being themselves..
so everyone SAFETY FIRST before u ready to get married…
Snif Snif~!
i still feel like beating an idiot up. ROAROAOWROROR
jinyan,
I think the Ministry of Education have to introduce “Family Planning” to secondary schools as mandatory.
Ting Tit Lei,
come on, ding dit lei!!
i guess they all have similar backgrounds
the thing is..why do they have to resort to these kind of jobs? i just met this girl..she’s 20 and has a 3year old son..she has already divorced her husband 15years older than her about 2 years ago..and now she’s managing fine working as a cashier
nothing’s wrong with living a little less-posh life..these people can’t stand living poor..they want everything good..that’s why they resort to jobs like PR or whore..i dun pity them
then again ofcourse..no hard feelings..i dun discriminate them..i know a few..i knEW a few..and they were friendly girls
Yao tao fat, ping kor siong jou lat lei wor. Right or not? Kesian..
huei,
they made the choice, so they have to bear all the responsibility. I think they know this very well, and will not beg for our our symphaty too.
Rabbit,
some of them want more money. So they have to sacrify their dignity and body. No pain no gain…
This is a sad, a sad true story, thanks for sharing TNS
Hope her life will get better, that’s all I can say.
And one more thing we should learn from this, must marry mature man, immature men go away!
JustJasmine,
a mature man?? A married man is mature enough, will you marry to a married man and be his mistress??
I think a right man is a better way to go…
