Stupid OldTown White Coffee

I am at one of the OldTown White Coffee outlets in Kepong now, enjoying my favourite chilled Xi Mut Milk Tea. Yes, I am a regular customer to OldTown. I am in OldTown now, I went to OldTown Taman Equine with my wife yesterday, I visited OldTown Taman Equine two days ago with my colleague, I am an OldTowner.
But, something stupid happened yesterday at Taman Equine. As usual, I ordered my Xi Mut Milk Tea and I ordered a hot OldTown White Coffee for my wife. Then I was told that their hot white coffee was not available, so were a few more hot beverage. I was fucking freaked out by it. I asked the Malay waitress if I had heard it wrongly, she said I didn’t hear it wrongly. Then I called the outlet supervisor, the one who has believed to have the largest cock in the outlet:-
Tiuniasing :: “Mr. Captain, is she joking with me??”
OldTown Supervisor :: “Nope sir, our hot white coffee is sold out, so are a few more hot drinks. But the cold one still available.”
Tiuniasing :: “What?? Are you kidding me??”
OldTown Supervisor :: “No sir. I am sorry for that sir.”
Tiuniasing :: “Sorry is no cure. I am now in OldTown White Coffee and you are telling me that your white coffee is not available??”
OldTown Supervisor :: “Yes sir, hot white coffee is not available now.”
Tiuniasing :: “Hello Mr. Captain, do you know that this is not something funny?? It is like the KFC has no fried chicken to order, you know??”
OldTown Supervisor :: “I am sorry sir.”
Tiuniasing :: “One day if you want to buy a car from Proton, the Proton tells you that they can’t take your Proton car order. Can you accept it??”
OldTown Supervisor :: “…”
Tiuniasing :: “Why don’t you just close your shop, or perhaps change the name to something else such as OldTown Lousy Coffee?? If you do that, I will surely forgive you for such a situation, because I can read from your brand name that you have lousy service, you are forgiven.”
I am damn fucking du lan with their service yesterday. How can this happen to them?? They are the big brother in white coffee, but they don’t have white coffee?? Damn it!! Leave me alone…

they really do have too many outlets/branches around already lar… all of a sudden, in a few months time.. so many outlets “pop” out of no where… stupid for them to have such bad service…

wah need to act like that or not, if it’s sold out then what you expect the supervisor to do? It just shows that their business is so good without even needing customers like you to come and make a ruckus. Actually I think their service was good enough, you just need to be more tolerent

you are another sohai like A Leong, that’s why both of you are commenting here but not working for OldTown. If OldTown have sohai people like both of you, they won’t be opening one and another outlets until countless today.
Yeah right, I used to pong chan Starbucks but later I found out that OldTown is cheaper, that’s why I prefer to pong chan OldTown now. In a way, OldTown is lower class for me. I do not know if the supervisors didn’t want their jiu pai to be out of stock, but it actually happened already. Probably his estimation was incorrect, he needs to improve.
If you are the supervisor, OldTown must be closing one outlet and another.

everybody knows their business is good. I think the only person who doesn’t know about it probably is the supervisor himself. If he knew it, he should have kept more white coffee since OldTown is famous for their white coffee. I forgot to tell you that it was only 3pm, they open from 10am until 10pm. There were another 7 hours to go. Do you think it is acceptable to tell the customers that their jiu pai was sold out when they still had another 7 hours to do their business??

I was not tolerant enough meh?? I continued to sit there although I was told that their white coffee wasn’t available. I continued to pong chan OldTown today after the bad experience yesterday. So you tell me, which part of me not tolerant to you??

my friend who used to work for OldTown said that they actually prepare the cold and hot drinks separately due to the difference of the contents. That’s why…

for your information, they actually have two coffee makers for their white coffee. It’s impossible that both out of order at the same time. I was told by a friend of mine whom used to work for OldTown that this incident happens because the workers did not make the coffee in advance when the remaining coffee reaching the finish level.
I made a scene?? Oh come on, they deserved it. Actually, I was not the first person who questioned them about the coffee availability, I saw some customers diu gao them too!! My tone is considered very polite already.

hey get over it. i really agree with comments no.2 and no.5. if it is already sold out then what can the supervisor do bout it. anyway, most of the examples given which has been tried to be related with this situation, fail miserably. “if your boss tells you that he’s out of money, so he won’t be paying you for the month, then i would expecting you to keep quiet huh?” this is a different situation whereby you are >>working>> now the situation is tht you are just a person and the other person who has no relation with you is telling you that something is unavailable.
dun try to bump up the bullshit oldtown white coffee got no white coffee. they still got the cold one as described and perhaps you didnt get this clear enough. i would’ve assume tht their hot water machine broke out. cant you have more sense in this? if you dont like to face any difficulties in life then i suggest you should go to your alice wonderland where everything is perfect for you and who gives a hell about it.
