No risk no glory - 1

After a long period of busy working life, I could see clearly about how my future has to be directed, which is something good for me. My schedule was almost fitted with my work, and partially was given to my wife and family. Yes, it looks as if there are only two things in my life and I will not deny that these two things are the most important things that I ever have in my life and I think I can’t live without them.
Let’s start from my work. Recently, I have been promoted and I am now the company project planner and coordinator. My role now is to plan the future of my company, come out with proposals and plans, and make all the plans worked in the end. For me, it is a big step forward in my career path, from a developer to a project planner. Developer is basically the worker in the lowest level in an organisation. If we look at the construction field, developers are the foreign workers where their job is to pave bricks or cements at the construction site. Usually the developers in my field are the ones who are underpaid and ordered to do a lot of work.
I had been working all I can to change the situation. Many people said I am those who will fight all I can to achieve my target and goal. They said I will not give up no matter what. Hmm… I do not agree with “I will not give up no matter what”. I think I am a evaluator. I evaluate people, I evaluate ideas, results, and everything that you can name. For instance, when I was in a relationship, I evaluated my girlfriend to see if she was suitable to be my wife. If the result I had was negative, I would give up the relationship and looked for a new one. But this can be done only when I am allowed to give up. Sometimes, I am stuck in a situation where I have no other option. In this case, to deal with it is the only way to go, I can’t help it.
If I were to have to deal with something unpleasant, I would keep myself calmed when dealing with it. In my opinion, if I were in such a situation, that means I really had no other choice. Since there was no other choice, I would just deal with it with a positive mood and make sure things were carried out successfully. Keep in mind that when you come to such a situation, like it or not, you will have to produce result. If you think you can do better with a lot of blames in your heart, I have nothing to say. But I think I can do better if I have a positive heart. What say you??

Having a positive heart is always good but it can be so hard to stay positive at times when you know there’s nothing you can do to makes things any better. Ya,..see things positively do more good than bad… hehe..forgive my oxymoron:)

when you come to a situation where there’s nothing you can do, I’d advise you to face it positively. Get it??
