No risk no glory - 2

If I were to have to deal with something unpleasant, I would keep myself calmed when dealing with it. In my opinion, if I were in such a situation, that means I really had no other choice. Since there was no other choice, I would just do it with a positive mood and make sure things were carried out successfully. Keep in mind that when you come a such a situation, like it or not, you will have to produce result. If you think you can do better with a lot of blames in your heart, I have nothing to say. But I think I can do better if I have a positive heart. What say you??
… When I was at the low position of the company, I looked for every opportunity that could help me to climb higher. This year, the business chart shows a huge decline and it has got even worse with the recent announcement of hiking of fuel prices. Everyone in the company is afraid of losing their job if the situation continuing to worse. They are so fucking worried that the bonus that they will be getting at the end of the year is not enough for them to buy new clothes and as downpayment for their new car. They so fucking fear that the management will pick their errors and mistakes, and use it as an excuse to sack them or something.
There are two big groups of people in my company now. One is those who are taking care of their own rice-bowl only because they think other people’s alive or death is not important to them. In their heart, they are so fucking hopeful that other people will make mistakes and errors so that their own positions in the company will be secured. This group of people will not take any risk to overcome problems and current situation. In another word, they are some fuckasses with a fucking selfish mind!! In their heart, they believe that the more people die, the better and secure they are in the company.
The other group of fuckers are nowhere better than the first group. In this group, they will try to gorek as much benefits as possible before they leave the company or the company closing down. For me, the current situation is not as bad as they are thinking of. For the people in this group, they will find various ways to make more money out of the company, they over-claim allowances, occupy their working hour with their own stuff such as helping the wife buying cosmetic products and sanitary pads, and so on. For me, they are also some selfish fuckasses too!!
I am kinda upset seeing them, I upset because the reality have caused everyone to be protective and selfish. I understand their fear but that doesn’t mean I can forgive them. I am part of the company and worst comes to worst, I am only the junior staff as compare to them. Most of them have been with the company for more than 10 years and some even close to 20 years. They have been in the comfort zones all this while and they can’t afford to lose everything they have now. If they have to leave the company one day, they will make sure that they have gorek enough from the company before they leave. Cheebye!!
