Oldmen are deserved to be shot to death

It had been quite a while since the last post but I couldn’t help much. I am given a chance to contribute more to the organisation, I have to spare more time for it, at least blog is the first thing that I will put aside. Seriously speaking, I never take blog as a serious business nor a part time business too. The Nuffnang stuff, in another word, is only a decoration for my blog and I find it harmless to have some random pictures keep swapping the design every now and then.
2008 has come to its end, it only left less than 2 months before we go to the street and spray all the passerby’s cars and scream like a stupid idiots with HAPPY NEW YEAR. One year end means another year begin, same thing goes to sex partner. We are not encouraged to have multiple sex partners at one time, but we can have more than one sex partner as long as we do not fuck them at the same time. It is too stupid to settle with one dick or one pussy in our life. Life is short, we must live to the fullest. When we are done with one sex partner, his or her leaving means another one is on the way, it is actually something to celebrate with.
Recently, I have proposed 3 major projects for next year, for my organisation and surprisingly all 3 got approved by the toppest decision maker. It sounds good to me, but I have one big problem with the management, I am saying those who are not the final decision maker but tend to think they have some kind of ability to turn the organisation to grow rapidly and healthily. BULL SHIT!! I tell you, this type of people are the senior people who have been with the organisation for a very long time. They tend to think that their roles in the organisation are damn fucking important and they are kind of proud of their contribution and achievement to date. Seriously, I do not agree on it, at all.
In my opinion, the place where I am with has a good potential to be listed publicly many years ago, but the conservative management fails to make it comes true. Okay, you might suggest that they do not want to be listed on KLSE. Yeah, you have got it right, if they have this kind of thinking, it is gonna prove that they are conservative, old men’s mind. It is going to further prove that I am so fucking true about them. To be honest, I do not respect old people like everybody does, especially the old ones who always think they know a lot but in fact they don’t.
The 3 approved projects that I proposed, I did not include any one of the oldmen in it, I do not count them in for my next year plan although my boss ask me to put their name and role in. I explained to my boss that their participation will only fail the projects because their mindset, their thinking are totally opposing the objectives of the projects. Also, I do not want to listen to them when I am the one who is in charge of the implementation of the projects. Oldmen only know how to give advice base on what they see or have seen. But, we are looking forward, not the past. The past experience can only be a lesson today but not for us to follow.
Last but not least, the Jenn’s story has not come to the end, and I do not plan to stop writing about Jenn too (sounds like Gen2), I will continue with it as soon as I have had the situation well in hand.

Typical oldmen mindset, duwan get listed in KLSE. Worst if the project given to them to handle, everything also can, promise this promise that. The one doing the work not them… arghhh
hahh..not getting listed in klse is probably the smartest thing to do man..at least u don’t have to give away 30% of ur shares to some bumi old men..then you’ll end up with more asses to suck up to..hehe..and multiracial oness!!!hahaha

but you must understand that you are not giving out your share without anything. You get cash in return, you can use the cash to further expand your business or stuff into your bank account with hands folded.
