Besraya Highway toll cashiers are damn fucking rude!!

As a highway user that I am, I considered myself as a customer to the highway company because I am paying the highway company for the usage. They provide us with the service, and we pay them. This is what we called business. And the people who collect money from us are someone like the cashiers in any major hypermarkets, they work for the organisation to collect our money. Basically I am not expecting extra service from them, such as having sex or sucking my cock. But a simple smile from them isn’t too much, I suppose.
When we go to the Jusco counters for payment, the cashiers will always present to us with their most friendly smiles and we feel good to visit Jusco. That’s what I love about Jusco. When we use the highways, we pay too but most of the time, we have to suffer with the cashiers du lan face, which will make us more du lan after seeing their faces. You know, when we use the highways, we are du lan already because there are so many tolls we have to pay. And with the news of increase of highway toll rates by February 09 recently announced, we are getting more du lan because we have to pay more by then. But if we are served by the toll cashiers with a rude and du lan look, it will only make us damn fucking du lan. I got so du lan to the fullest and something happened because of that. Below is a conversation with one of the Besraya toll cashiers recently:-
Tiuniasing :: “Receipt!!”
The cashier :: “…”
Tiuniasing :: “Woi celaka cheebye, you tak tau cakap thank-you kah?? Saya bayar you tau?? Saya bayar gaji you, tau?? Apasal mau biadap ni?? You tak tau apa itu service?? You langsung tak lak senyum, tak tau senyum kah?? Apasal?? Mak engkau mati semalam?? Muka muram je… Cheebye betul!! Pundek!!”
By any means, I think the toll-cashier should show at least a smile to the road-users, or at least look at us to show their politeness. It is damn fucking rude not to see the person who pay you money, be it for you or your company. It is what we called service. Just a smile, just a thank you, an eye-contact, I think it isn’t something very difficult thing to practice in the service line and in our life. In my opinion, it is very rude not to see someone when we are collecting money or something from them. Some toll cashiers have this problem.
Usually I use Smart Tag lane because I hate the long queue and hate to face with the rude cashiers. I do use the Tunai lane when my Touch ‘n’ Go has ran out of credit. A rude cashier must serve a rude customer, and I am the rude customers to them!!

Touchy..But damn Fuc*ing right. Lol. If they can;t be polite to use… especially since we are paying their salary…y should we be polite to them ?
