Fuck the California Fitness Jackie Chan Sport Club at Mid Valley for hiring stupid people to do job!! - Part 1

Whether a company is good or not, the company policy is undoubtedly one big factor of it, but we must not forget that the company human resources play an important role to keep good care of a company’s reputation.
A few days ago, a buddy of mine, Jeffery invited me to join him along for gym at the California Fitness Jackie Chan Sport Club at Mid Valley. He has recently signed up as the one year full-member, and he is able to bring friends along as guests for trial. I would see it as a promotional strategy, to let everybody have confidence in the fitness center prior becoming their member. I think it is a good strategy in the sense of marketing to get more members. For instance, if we like the fitness center during the trial, we would continue with the membership by signing up their packages after the trial, so that we can continue to enjoy the facilities there.
We arrived at the fitness center and we were made to wait for moe than half an hour because no one was free to attend us. There are some process to be done before we can enter the fitness center as guests. I got du lan a little because of this, and I wanted to leave but I did not leave for some reasons. My mood was totally on the bad side, I started to feel that California Fitness are seriously in need of more employees to attend the potential customers. It is a bad thing in the business to make your clients wait too long. Anything more than 10 minutes without a cheebye to diu is considered long for me. At least, they should have served us with some welcome drinks and politely imformed us that their customer-service agents are not free at that moment, and handed us some reading stuff to kill our time. This is what we call customer service. No, the California Fitness did not do that to their guests. They just asked us to have a sit and diu us also not free.
After everything was done, we finally made it to enter the fitness center and try out the facilities there. Nothing surprised me, the equipments are standard with appropriate and sufficient weights and machines. But the space is too small and the walking area are too narrow. Hmm… The intention of composing this entry is not about commenting the facility or environment of the fitness center but the attitude of the staff there. If you want to know more about the California Fitness, you can always go there and try, but you have to expect the guai lan staff to give you a bad day and make your life so difficult until you would want to bitch-slap them.
The guests will be given a Guest-Card with an expiry date on it. My Guest-Card expired the next day, so I only got to try out for less than three hours. We went there after work, deducted the waiting and registration time, plus the low mood caused by the unfriendliness of the staff, I seriously felt like leaving Mid Valley immediately. Anyway, I did not leave. There were five of us going there together, with three of them including Jeffery have already signed up as full-member, Kent and I were the guests. Together with Jeffery were his girlfriend and his girlfriend’s buddy called Elaine. Elaine is a young and cheery girl, with her cheerful smile and a pair of the sexy lips, always hanging on her face. I felt better after I looked at Elaine, that’s how I could stay longer there.

LOL. It happened to me on 2-3 years ago at the same fitness centre. When I’m going to leave, they push me to do the survey and hear the speech.

anyway..staffs there are dog-eyed to core.i realized that they entertain homos as if they are their godness or something. no offence but i mean it

True say, staff there have dog-eyes, especially the ugly non-Chinese staff. The leng lui there are friendly and okay, always have their smiles hanging on their face. But the number of leng lui staff there is too limited, sigh…
